Wexler National Register Party at Historic Leff/Florsheim Residence

October 21, 2017 | 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm |

Cocktails & Appetizers

The Palm Springs Modern Committee invites you to join us for an exclusive fundraiser in recognition of architect Donald Wexler’s significant body of work for the National Register of Historic Places.

With the work of Albert Frey and E. Stewart Williams now on the National Register, our next nominee is Donald Wexler and what better place to raise the funds than the “elegant but also romantic” Leff/Florsheim residence, as described by Julius Shulman.

All funds raised from this event will go toward the nomination process. Event limited to 100 guests.

The Palm Springs Modern Committee (PS ModCom) is a non-profit organization dedicated to the appreciation and preservation of Desert Modern architecture and design. We accomplish this through education, advocacy for threatened buildings, promotion of heritage tourism, and the celebration of successes in preservation and adaptive reuse.
