Join author and curator Michael Stern for a walkthrough of the exhibition, On The Horizon, The Hollywood History of a Midcentury Masterpiece.

On The Horizon focuses on the architecture of William Cody and colorful history of The Horizon Hotel. This architecturally unique enclave of modern midcentury bungalows was developed by Hollywood luminaries. The exhibition is culled from the private Wrather Family Archive, which had been sealed for over thirty years.

Included is a private tour of the original residence, a house designed by William Cody for the original owners Jack Wrather and Bonita Granville, situated on a hidden corner of the property. After the tour, Michael will sign copies of his book Julius Shulman: Palm Springs.
